Hillcrest Forest Neighborhood Association
Serving over 1,500 Homes in North Dallas
The HFNA:

  • Protects the neighborhood interests on zoning and land use issues.
  • Oversees and supports neighborhood Security Patrols and crime-prevention groups.
  • Sponsors an annual 4th of July Parade and other neighbor-to-neighbor events.
  • Keeps neighbors informed through semi-annual newsletters and periodic emails.
  • Maintains a website for continuous updates on neighborhood news & activities.
  • Supports our neighborhood public schools.
  • Works to enhance the beauty of our area.
  • Maintains a database of homeowners and distributes a Directory to paid members.

Our Association is a member of the
North Dallas Neighborhood Alliance.
Membership in the Association is voluntary, but to help support our activities,
we hope you will join us!  Annual dues are still only $15 per household.

The approximate HFNA territory is in red.  However, the Association historically has also accepted
neighbors on nearby streets who apply.  There are smaller subdivisions within the HFNA area who
also have their own homeowner associations.
